The city of Aba, a popular city in Abia city was brewing hot with students decorated in different cultural attire from two polytechnics in the city namely, Abia Poly and Covenant University whose cultural day seemed to have fallen on the same day like it was a planned thing between the schools.
Every entertainment spot around the Abia State Polytechnic, Aba is bubbling with life as music has filled the air and students dressed in their native attire representing their state and culture.

Inside the institution is agog with students displaying in various forms ranging from cultural dance display, drama and talk shows. A brief interview with Miss. Faith Ibeneme showed how passionate she was towards the event and was in a hurry to get back to the event where she was seen dancing around and having huge fun.

Campus Punch also took a visit to Covenant Polytechnic, Aba as the institution also celebrates their cultural day today. The atmosphere is electric and fun spelt out in the air. People who really know their culture are displaying it and there is tight security in and around the premises.

Every group has its own farm produce of what the community is known for and the one that caught my fancy was huge catfish on parade.

Our tradition if preserved will go along way to give us joy because the joy of brotherliness existing between the students today is more than words can describe.
