TASUED to Conduct Induction Programme For New Staff

The management of the Tai
Solarin University of Education, TASUED has just begin a one day induction
programme for newly recruited staff of the board to maintain a standard
management skills and university standard, the event is said to control the
activity of the staff to enable them meet the requirement of the academic needs.According to the Ag. Registrar of the University, Mr. Tunji
Odutuga, the training programme was indispensable because it is important for
new members of staff to know the modus operandi of the Institution and for the
smooth running of University.The Deputy Registrar, Centre for Part Time and External
Programmes (CEPEP), Mr. S.A. Adebisi delivered lecture on “An Overview of
University Administration and its Set Up; the Deputy Registrar (Establishments
Division), Mr. Tade Adenugba spoke on “University Ethics and Code of Conduct:
Qualities of an Ideal Administrator” while the Deputy Registrar (Protocol), Mr.
O.A. Omilola spoke on “Vision, Mission, Motto and Anthem of the University “.Moreover, the Deputy Registrar (School of Postgraduate Studies),
Mr. Ademola Adesanya delved into “Information, Documentation and Record
Management”; the Ag. Director, Physical Planning, Mr. O. Olanrewaju centred his
lecture on “The University Facility Management” while the Director of Health
Services of the University, Dr. Gbenga Okusanya gave “Health Talk” at the
training programme.
