Jambites Ask - Would Mouau Feign Ignorance Of N2,500 Fg Directive?
After the meeting held by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) with stakeholders of the Education system concerned, it was agreed that all applications for the screening tests which is popularly known as POST-UTME should not cost more than two thousand, five hundred naira but this is about to be faltered as candidates for the same screening who applied for Admissions at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike might be adversely affected.
Last week, the institution released modalities for applications and upon calculations, it was discovered that obtaining the code for registration would cost up to #3,300 which is greater than the #2,500 benchmarked for the screening test.
The question before us now and as have been asked by students and candidates alike, what will MOUAU do to fix the issue on ground or will they still go ahead to maintain their #3,300 application process fee.
Friday and Monday and until the 15th day of July will perfectly answer this question. We can only but wait.
My piece of advice to candidates though, enrich your pockets and be prepared because in Umudike, anything can happen.
